Promotion: Strategies to promote your Centre that include all stakeholders.

Recruitment: Recruitment of students to your Centre.

Ethics: Ensuring that you do not say anything that is untrue or misleading in your promotional material.

Accuracy: Ensuring that there are no mistakes, untruths or misleading information in promotional material.

Consistency: Ensuring that promotional material and other information about your Centre is the same across channels.

Plain language: Ensuring that language used in promotional material is language that non-native speakers are familiar with.

Translation: Ensuring that translation services are available to translate promotional material for non-English speaking stakeholders.

Inclusion: Ensuring that all staff are involved in building your Centre’s brand equity.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the Centre’s commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement is identified in promotional material.
